Product Certification & Grades

Every Mobime device undergoes 72 quality checks before earning the MYND mark. Cosmetic condition is graded as:
  • MOBI Plus – Like New, flawless condition, battery health 90%+.
  • MOBI Value – Excellent, micro wear only, battery health 80–89%.
  • MOBI Budget – Good, light surface wear, battery health 70–79%.
All devices are fully functional regardless of grade.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices listed are final and inclusive of certification.
  • Payment methods accepted include major credit/debit cards, mobile money, and other secure gateways.
  • Mobime reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by region. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customer Responsibilities
